Doug was great because he wasn't pushy and was willing to text, while other dealerships continuously hounded me with calls. Found a better price immediately and they price matched before we even walked through the door. Scott was our salesman who was incredibly friendly, professional, but also not pushy. In fact during the test drive there was no pressure at all. He acted like we were one of his friends, sharing as he knew it. We did not go to buy the first night, and at one point they were completely honest asking, "What do we have to do to sell you the car tonight?" When I said nothing, they understood. We came back the next day with terms under where we were the previous night, and they met them. Picked up our Outback that afternoon. Even in the room where we signed off on financing they were low pressure about the extra warranties, subscriptions, and add-ons, which was refreshing. Looking forward to working with these guys in the future. On another note, we have an older Impreza with an airbag recall. They scheduled us immediately that day of purchase within a week, and did everything quickly. They also fixed some things as they inspected it and we were not charged. More

Excellent trustworthy service I have been a loyal Subaru customer for my last 4 cars, and my daughters last 2 cars. We went in for our 2 week appointment and to pick up plates for I have been a loyal Subaru customer for my last 4 cars, and my daughters last 2 cars. We went in for our 2 week appointment and to pick up plates for my newest Legacy. We were pleasantly greeted by Dina. Dina asked if we had questions about our new Legacy and asked if we were satisfied with our purchase. John Janczewski came right over and asked how things were going. He put the new plates on our car and Dina took it to get it washed. John and Dina were bother very professional and helpful throughout this whole experience with Boardman Subaru.
