I submitted a question vi The fantastic customer service I received from the Boardman Subaru team started before I even set foot onto the parking lot. I submitted a question via the chat app on the website, and within seconds someone was with me collecting information. I then received an email the next day providing me with more information as well as requesting permission to call. Shortly thereafter, a Subaru employee called and was able to set me up for a test drive in my dream Crosstrek later that same day. Once on site, I was introduced to Kevin, who went on the test drive with me while answering all of my questions. Kevin was easygoing, polite, and completely honest with me. After the test drive (by which point I was completely in love with the car), I was explained the terms of the lease in language that was easy even for a non-financially savvy person to understand. I was dreading the thought of finding a new car, but the Boardman Subaru team made my experience easy and fun. And I absolutely LOVE MY 2017 Crosstrek. I'm no longer afraid of weather conditions impacting my ability to get from point A and B (and do it in style, I might add). My mom was so impressed that she's now on the market for a Crosstrek as well! More

I had an Excellent Subaru Experience. Kevin S was recommended to me by a family member. I called and stated my busy schedule.
