Excellent salesmen and great atmosphere It was my first time buying a car (new or used) so I was very nervous doing it all alone. However, my first day on the lot the GM (cannot remember his It was my first time buying a car (new or used) so I was very nervous doing it all alone. However, my first day on the lot the GM (cannot remember his name, I believe it was Donnie as well) introduced himself to me, and as I was leaving two hours later, still remembered my name and asked if I found the help I was looking for. Donnie (the salesman) and Geno were both great guys to deal with, they kept everything straight forward to me and really helped me locate the car that would best fit me. So far (I've only had the car 5 days now) I love it and everyone I showed it to has been very impressed with my purchase. I hope my future dealings with Boardman Subaru will be this pleasant and I will definitely be recommending them to friends and family looking to switch from Chevy (as most of my family is a Chevy family) to Subaru. A car dealership that really puts the customer first I saw a used car on the Boardman Subaru website that I was interested so I emailed the dealership and was promptly emailed back with details about the I saw a used car on the Boardman Subaru website that I was interested so I emailed the dealership and was promptly emailed back with details about the vehicle. I replied to that email about going there to test drive the car, very easy to do this at this dealership with no annoying phone calls. I test drove the car and did not like the steering, my salesman, Dave, said no problem I will have a service tech check it out and get back to you. To make a long story short the steering got serviced but I still did not like it so Dave had the service tech checked it out again and he found another problem, fixed it, and I bought the car. To me this is a great example of a honest dealership that went above and beyond to make me happy and I am glad I purchased from them. My experience was great at the dealership too, from the webmaster Doug, my salesman Dave (go Steelers!), manager Steve and Finance guy Mike, I felt that I was treated like a friend, sounds cliche' but it is true.
