When we decided to purchase our second, we visited several Subaru dealerships in the Butler, Pittsburgh, Youngstown area. After all of the running around, we ended up right back at Boardman which is where we should have started, and finished, in the first place. We will be back to buy a third Subaru when the time comes! A great experience- again! My husband and I came in to look at some new cars when Dan told us they had just received a Mitsubishi Evolution as a trade in, if we were interested. My husband and I came in to look at some new cars when Dan told us they had just received a Mitsubishi Evolution as a trade in, if we were interested. Not knowing this was my husband's dream car that he had talked about nonstop for the last 6 years. My husband fell in love the moment he drove it but when it came to the financing, we were unable to meet the banks down payment requirement. When I was at home later on that day I got a text from Dan saying they were able to lower the down payment. Now my husband thought he had no chance of getting this car and was upset all night ( I didn't tell him about the text I received). He went to work the next day and I set up a meeting time with Dan to have the car looked at before purchasing. Every thing went really smooth and I told him I wanted to buy the car as a surprise for my husband. John also worked with us to get as much paper work done as possible so I could take the car home to surprise him. The look on my husbands face when he came home from work was absolutely priceless! my husband is a hard worker and does everything he can for our family. I submitted a question via the chat app on the website, and within seconds someone was with me collecting information. I then received an email the next day providing me with more information as well as requesting permission to call. Shortly thereafter, a Subaru employee called and was able to set me up for a test drive in my dream Crosstrek later that same day. Once on site, I was introduced to Kevin, who went on the test drive with me while answering all of my questions. Kevin was easygoing, polite, and completely honest with me. After the test drive (by which point I was completely in love with the car), I was explained the terms of the lease in language that was easy even for a non-financially savvy person to understand. I was dreading the thought of finding a new car, but the Boardman Subaru team made my experience easy and fun. And I absolutely LOVE MY 2017 Crosstrek. I'm no longer afraid of weather conditions impacting my ability to get from point A and B (and do it in style, I might add). My mom was so impressed that she's now on the market for a Crosstrek as well! More
