Best car buying experience of my life!! I initially started car shopping using Truecar and was reached out to by Doug from their web contact team. Since the dealership was over an hour away, I initially started car shopping using Truecar and was reached out to by Doug from their web contact team. Since the dealership was over an hour away, I wanted to handled as much as I could online before even considering making the drive. Doug was able to provide us with an offer that was far better than the dealerships in my area. We made the drive to Boardman Subaru where Doug introduced us to Marty who was going to be our sales person. Marty took us for a test drive (2018 WRX) and went over the different features of the vehicle. His knowledge on the car and it's history was very impressive. I had requested one of three colors that were not on the lot that day. However Marty and the Boardman team pulled through again and got us our first choice! When it came time to sign paperwork, the amount provided via my online quote was EXACTLY what was on the paperwork. No surprises. We were then introduced to Mike who went over the warranty options with us. He was very knowledgeable about the different benefits each package provided and answered all of my questions around the documents. Overall, it was a great experience. I was in and out the door very quickly compared to other new car buying experiences. I picked up my new WRX a few days later and was happily surprised to find that it had a truck liner inside (a little added bonus!). I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to friends, family members, and strangers alike. I could not be happier. More

Great experience I just purchased a new Forester (which I LOVE!!!!). The entire process was seamless from the test drives to the finance dept - I did not feel as thoug I just purchased a new Forester (which I LOVE!!!!).
