With 63 years of driving and buying any number of new vehicles, I have had my share of less than favorable car buying experiences. Not so with Boardman Subaru in recently leasing a 2021 Forester. It was vehicles, I have had my share of less than favorable car buying experiences. Not so with Boardman Subaru in recently leasing a 2021 Forester. It was the most pleasant experience my wife and I have had at a dealership. Boardman Subaru offers a professional and relaxed atmosphere in which all our questions were answered by our sales-person David Kuszaj. He answered a few we had not anticipated as he guided us through a first time leasing process. . A fair price was given for our trade-in, and the entire process from selecting a vehicle, test driving, explaining the vehicle, the lease process and the financing was comfortable and direct. So, kudos to both the sales and finance teams. We have had several follow-up emails from David regarding our satisfaction with the vehicle. We could not be more pleased with Boardman Subaru and our experience with them in our first-time leasing. More

I bought a 2020 Subaru Outback. John Jones and Geno Fraticelli were very helpful in getting me the best deal for the automobile. In all the years of buying automobiles, I have never had any salesperson Fraticelli were very helpful in getting me the best deal for the automobile. In all the years of buying automobiles, I have never had any salesperson explain the instruments that control the car. So here I am finally and I just want to say that buying my 2017 Outback was one of the best car-purchasing experiences I've ever had. Anthony was just great -- any time that needed to be spent waiting was more than compensated for by the intelligent and and lively conversational skills of this salesman. He also proved to be more than knowledgeable about the car. John Jones (who I know from a previous purchasing experience) stepped in briefly and just added to the positive feel of the whole transaction -- which for me anyway, is not the kind of purchase that makes me that happy since it's such a pricey type of thing to buy. But in spite of my unexpected need for a replacement car, this was the best place to be -- and to go for a new, though used, car. Thanks so much. I hope you are all safe and healthy! Very disappointed that they have chosen to completely ignore their costumers. Service has been closed for over a month and no one will return calls.
