Mike Moore went over the documents I needed to sign. All in all great sales atmosphere, financing was quick and painless. Love the idea they made a donation to local hospital. Class act! I've been to many dealers over the years and definitely the last few months. Boardman Subaru knows how to treat a customer right. From the moment we I've been to many dealers over the years and definitely the last few months. Boardman Subaru knows how to treat a customer right. From the moment we stepped in the door of the dealer after a 2 1/2 hour drive, it was a class act. Showed us the place, introduced us to all the different departments. It had snowed a bunch the day we arrived and all the employees had been out helping clean the lot. When I say all I mean ALL. A very nice gentleman in jeans gave me a very welcome hand shake as we were weaving through the dealership. He was actually interested in myself and my son that accompanied me there. Talked for along time with us. We could not believe that this was the owner! Jeans and all, helping shovel the dealership. Everyone worked hard with us to complete the transaction, from our salesman Mr. Pugh to Scott in financing. Don't think I will ever go to another dealership. Great people, great price, great service--Class Act! More
