Anthony O'Nesti I'm just a couple of months late with this review - but maybe since I bought my car just DAYS before the state shut down for the virus and I haven't h I'm just a couple of months late with this review - but maybe since I bought my car just DAYS before the state shut down for the virus and I haven't had a chance to really go anywhere - you'll forgive my delay??! So here I am finally and I just want to say that buying my 2017 Outback was one of the best car-purchasing experiences I've ever had. Anthony was just great -- any time that needed to be spent waiting was more than compensated for by the intelligent and and lively conversational skills of this salesman. He also proved to be more than knowledgeable about the car. John Jones (who I know from a previous purchasing experience) stepped in briefly and just added to the positive feel of the whole transaction -- which for me anyway, is not the kind of purchase that makes me that happy since it's such a pricey type of thing to buy. But in spite of my unexpected need for a replacement car, this was the best place to be -- and to go for a new, though used, car. Thanks so much. I hope you are all safe and healthy! Very disappointed that they have chosen to completely ignore their costumers. Service has been closed for over a month and no one will return calls.
