With both purchases, Kevin listened to what I wanted and never ‘just tried to sell me something’. If I ran into during a service visit, he always asked me about my Impreza. The first vehicle I purchased the extended warranty was included when they gave me a final, out the door price, this time they added it on after a price was agreed on.
