This dealer used the classic bait and switch to get us to drive out to their dealership. It was confirmed on the phone with Michelle, that the Fiesta S Model that we were quoted a price on was indeed on the drive out to their dealership. We drove all the way out to Ellisville from South St louis, only to be offerred a Fiesta SE for 2K more than the price of the S. Turns out the car was sold Saturday according to a message left on our answering machine from Brian. But Rory told us it was sold in the 45 minutes before our appointment. I will never shop here, and I will tell everyone I know not to every shop here. These people are the epitome of sleasy car salesmen. I drove off their lot and directly to Dean Team Hyundai, were we purchased an Accent off of their lot with CASH. More
I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. I love the car I purchased there. There was a slight smell when I test drove the car that was explained as oil burning off from a recent oil change, w love the car I purchased there. I continued to drive the car after purchase and the smell continued. They had provided a 2,000 mile/2 month warranty, so I took it in to be evaluated and fixed. There was no charge. I think they fixed the problem, although on occasion I still think there is a faint odor. However, I haven't experienced any problems with drivability and the engine seems to run fine. This car has 98,000 miles on it, so I expected some wear on the parts. Overall I had a very positive experience with this dealership. More

Bo Beuckman has a responsive valet service to provide a ride to and from home when vehicle maintenance time will be extensive or if I cannot wait on site for repairs. I also appreciate his Owners Advantage Rewards program which allows credit toward maintenance and repair charges. More
You may be wondering why I listed so many employees worked with. Taylor is a member of the Customer Care Team at Bo Beuckman Ford and was the first person I had contact with at the Dealership. We had serveral email and phone conversations during which she provided information on the vehicles I was interested in. Roy is the Team Leader of The Customer Care Team and greeted me at the door the first time I visited the Dealership. Rick is the sales rep that I worked with. Though they had several vehicles in stock with the options I wanted they did not have the color I wanted. I never felt pressured to take something they had on hand. With Taylor's help he was able to find the exact vehicle I wanted at another Dealer and have it on hand the next business day. James is the finance person I worked with. I came into this with wery good financing secured through a major bank. James was able to get me even better financing through a different major bank. Last but not least is Mark, my SERVICE ADVISOR and the most important person at any Dealership. Within 2 weeks of my purchase the touch screen went out. That is a Ford problem, not a Dealership problem. It was late Friday afternoon so there was nothing he could do then but he did schedule me for 8:00AM the next Monday. It took service about an hour to find the problem. It needed a part. The part was ordered and came in the next day. It was installed and checked out in about an hour. Though I am very unhappy about the problem I am pleased with the way Mark and the Service Department handled it. Overall I am pleased with both Bo Beuckman and with the vehicle but I would like to tell Ford what I think of having a problem within the first 2 weeks. The only suvey I have gotten from Ford related to the Dealer, not to their product. More
Joe Strange was willing to move at MY pace. After visiting 3 Ford dealers, I chose Joe and Beuckman because he LISTENED to me. I had to wait to purchase until my leas was up and he offered me option visiting 3 Ford dealers, I chose Joe and Beuckman because he LISTENED to me. I had to wait to purchase until my leas was up and he offered me options, but still didn't pressure me on my firm decision to wait. He even told me that there may be better incentives, so he wasn't worried about his month's quota (which I sympathize with, I'm in commissioned sales too!). So I ordered the exact car I wanted. It came in adn I realized I needed lower payments. So he kindly found another car for me from another dealer without pushing me in to another vehicle he had on the lot (which others tried to do!). I love Beuckman Ford because they don't accost you with a manager if you decide not to buy that day before you hit the door to leave. Joe was sincere, honest, and never once lied to me, again, as so many others have. I don't know if I'd ever stay with Fords the rest of my life, but this dealership and Joe strange would definitely play a factor in my decision. They played it just right. By the way, I live in Chicago and am purposely purchasing my car from these guys! More
I was very impressed with their hospitality, they even sent a driver to pick me up when my car came in. This is the first time I have ordered a new car. My very pleasant experience with Mike makes me wonder why I didn't do it sooner. I was greeted by many managers and salesmen and they made me feel very welcome. They offered a gas gift card and a music CD before we even got to my truck. This dealership is very organized. I requested a price quote on a car online, and while they didn't have one in stock (since it's somewhat specialized of a model), they offered a test drive of a pre-owned quote on a car online, and while they didn't have one in stock (since it's somewhat specialized of a model), they offered a test drive of a pre-owned model. Communication was quick and thorough and non-pressured. I mentioned I wasn't ready just quite yet and never felt pressured to buy. Both Rory and Jeff were very friendly and easy to talk to. Would recommend this dealership no problem, and will consider when I'm ready to buy. More
