We bought a used car last month from Giovanni and had an outstanding experience throughout the process. Gio took the time to understand what we wanted/needed and worked with us to find the right car. We wer outstanding experience throughout the process. Gio took the time to understand what we wanted/needed and worked with us to find the right car. We were not in a rush so it took about 6 weeks to find a car we liked. Gio was awesome and did not push us to buy something we didn't want. He was professional, communicated well, and helped us find the right car for our family. Highly recommend! More
The most disrespectful service department I have ever dealt with. Out right rude individual telling me to go find another dealership for my warranty work. Napoleon service advisor claims they are the 1 dealt with. Out right rude individual telling me to go find another dealership for my warranty work. Napoleon service advisor claims they are the 12th busiest Ford Service Department in the nation and they were booked out for the next two months even though I was present on my scheduled day for warranty work. I was trying to have my transmission looked at on my 2020 Ford F150 with 37,000 miles on it. I rescheduled my day for this service appointment to hear this from an advisor. Horrible Dealership that I’ve personally purchased 3 vehicles from over the last 5 years. Never Again !!! More

My overall experience was great working with the salesman, Giovanni Arellano, and the finance manager, Alex Davila. I thank Giovanni for his patience, while taking the time to explain all of the fe salesman, Giovanni Arellano, and the finance manager, Alex Davila. I thank Giovanni for his patience, while taking the time to explain all of the features of my new Maverick before and after completion of the sell. And Alex was very respectful to me while going through all of the details of the financing and warranty options. And lastly, I look forward to a long-term relationship with the Service Department for the regular maintenance of my new vehicle. More

After reading all the excellent reviews for Bluebonnet Ford, of which they used as a selling point, I have to say I am very disappointed with my experience. In short, I went to the dealership Thursday ev Ford, of which they used as a selling point, I have to say I am very disappointed with my experience. In short, I went to the dealership Thursday evening to look at a used F150. We could not come to an agreement on price before leaving that evening. Friday morning at 8:30, I received a text message from the sales agent Giovani letting me know that he had spoken to his manager and they agreed to drop their counter-offer from the night before. I explained to him I needed a couple of hours to decide. At approximately 11:15 I text Giovani agreeing to purchase the vehicle. At approximately 12:30 Friday afternoon, Giovani texts me asking when I could come back to the dealership to finalize the purchase. At 12:40 I responded to Giovani’s text explaining I had a prior commitment Friday evening and scheduled an appointment at 8:30 Saturday morning. At no point in that conversation did Giovani request a deposit to hold the vehicle. At 1:15 Giovani texts me requesting a deposit to hold the vehicle. I explained to him I was in a meeting and would call him once I’m done to provide a credit card to hold the vehicle. I phoned him roughly 35 minutes later to provide payment for the deposit. Giovani then explained to me that another buyer was looking at the vehicle and they would have the right of first refusal. I questioned how that could be when we had already agreed to a purchase price and scheduled an appointment to finalize the transaction. Giovani then advised me he would speak with his manager and get right back to me. After an hour and a half, I text Giovani to get a status update to which he stated he was still waiting on his manager. After another hour with no response, I called Giovani and he explained that there was nothing he could do, as it was a management decision. I requested to have his manager call me. Shortly thereafter, Ed contacted me and tried to explain that they had already been working on a deal with this other party the night before. I asked Ed then why did Giovani text me then at 8:30 in the morning stating that his manager, to which Ed confirmed was him, had approved the counter-offer that was text to me? Ed could not provide a reasonable response other than to say they dropped the ball. I got the impression they were just playing both sides of the coin to see which buyer would pay the most for the vehicle, after we had already agreed on a price. This is a prime example of why the used car industry get a bad rap. I’ll take my hard-earned money and business elsewhere. More
I have no idea how there are 5 star reviews here. ..I've used them 4 times and it has been terrible EVERY time. I called 5 times to get a live person in service last week for the Death Wobble on my 2 ..I've used them 4 times and it has been terrible EVERY time. I called 5 times to get a live person in service last week for the Death Wobble on my 2019 f250. I was told there is a part with extended warranty but that I would have to schedule the service through the website not through him. I did and had a service time of 10:00 am on Thursday. While attempting to drop of the vehicle I was told I did not have an appointment and that they were booked solid through next week. Bluebonnet is less than 2 miles from my house, but I will never use them again. I called Griffith Ford in San Marcos and spoke to service on the first ring and he set up my appointment. I wish I could give them 0 stars. More

When it came time to negotiate the price of the v He showed us multiple vehicles and let us discuss the pros/cons between them without interruptions. When it came time to negotiate the price of the vehicle, our trade value and payments it all got very weird. You negotiate the value and trade with the sales associate but not the payments until you get in the finance office. While waiting for the finance person, a salesman started screaming “you are a f*xxxxx clown, you a**hole” and then walked out the door. Everyone stopped and stared wondering what was going on. When we finally made it into the finance office, we could smell alcohol on the the guy. He messed up our application multiple times and it took over 3 hours for him to get the deal done. I think I will be taking my vehicle to another dealership to get the service done so I don’t have to deal with them again. More
