If I could give 0 stars I would. This is the worst dealership I've ever been to, specifically the service department. I've had nothing but issues with my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee and This is the worst dealership I've ever been to, specifically the service department. I've had nothing but issues with my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee and each time it happens, it always (luckily) is covered by warranty. This fact alone, they don't like because they don't get to overcharge me as a customer. I need an emergency appointment as my car will shut off in 200 miles and there is no urgency to get me an appointment even though this is not my doing and is the vehicle THEY sold me. I'm tired of getting the run around from these folks and it's been happening for years. More
