We came here to build/order a 23 Scat Pack Widebody Charger. Seemed to be fine until we asked the salesman, Robert Camareno, for full transparency, if we could see the invoice. He did allow us to see it, however, we have dealt on many vehicles considering this would be the 4th vehicle (2nd sports car) to our collection, making us very aware of MSRP, invoice, and dealer holdbacks. We tried to negotiate reasonably with Robert, who proceeded to insult us by saying “maybe this is too much car for you.” This is very insulting considering we both work very hard in the healthcare industry to the point where we were able to and willing to put down at least 30K cash depending on our final price offer. We had asked him if they have any military/healthcare incentives and he told us no, they weren’t offering anything since they weren’t adding market adjustments to the vehicle. He claimed that we could “shop around all day long” because he “knew that no one else was doing this.” So we took his advice, traveled just 50 miles west to another dealership, ordered this exact model with exact options we wanted, for the same price he offered, no market adjustment, BUT this time we were not only treated with respect, but also offered multiple incentives and rebates to help us in our negotiation process. Being sports car enthusiasts, we spend a lot of time going to different auto shows, car meets, and social gatherings where we will now spread the word to everyone who asks about our “too much car”, not to go to Bluebonnet Dodge. I haven't dealt with the sales staff lately, but it's been my experience that they're knowledgeable, and they LISTEN to your needs. As for the service department, I couldn't ask for a better service writer than Colby Moore. He can tell you what's critical, what's needed in the near future and what can wait until the funds become available. Their have been some mishaps but they always make it right. All 4 of my purchases have been serviced there, dating back to 2007. I have no complaints. More

The worst dealership and service I have encountered/ Luis, service and Raj, assistant manager we’re terrible. Had an appointment and neither one of them would Confirm or accept. The service driver was on his cell phone talking while trying to drive my van and almost damaged it. They these people are total morons. Just got finished working with Colby Moore regarding service on my Ram. There were a lot of questions I had due to the lack of driving and electrical problems. I can’t say enough to express my thanks to him for being so patient and helpful. Everything was done on time with Colby calling me and explaining the progress. I am partly disabled and Colby did all he could do so I didn’t have to move around. Thank you More
