Don't bother with used car department I bought my vehicle at Blue Springs Ford new in '05. I had a very pleasant experience buying it. The service department is very good as I never have I bought my vehicle at Blue Springs Ford new in '05. I had a very pleasant experience buying it. The service department is very good as I never have had a problem with them. Occasionally they will try and get you to pay for easy service such as changing your air filter or wiper blades which anyone can do themselves for half the cost but they aren't pushy if you tell them no. However, beware of the used car sales department. I had inquired about trading in my vehicle with the intention of buying a newer but used vehicle for better gas mileage. I had already gotten four other offers for my vehicle including two reputable area dealerships. Blue Springs Ford used car made a laughable offer which didn't even come close to the other offers I already had and wouldn't budge either, so I walked out. If they were willing to screw me on my current vehicle, I can't imagine that they wouldn't screw me on a newer purchase. Then, for the past week, the sales guy has been blowing up my phone wanting to know if I was still interested in selling my vehicle and purchasing one from them. I guess he thought I was kidding when I said I had better offers. If you are going to lowball me, don't be surprised that I won't do business with you! First impressions are everthing. More

I've had my 2016 F350 Lariat for only 2 days now but have pulled my 4 horse trailer with it twice and have used it as a 'truck'. I really like a lot of the features Ford has to offer and they way the truck sits up more than Chevy. I don't have anything negative to say about either my new truck or Blue Springs Ford. At this point, I would highly recommend them both. Check back after a year or 2 and I'll let ya know if I still have the truck and have become a permanent Ford owner :) More

Every effort is made to provide for the customer's needs. There is never any pressure to purchased or "fuzzy" math used in the pricing. On both of our visits we have dealt with the sales person Paul Chaples. Paul goes the extra mile for his customers and gets them exactly what they want. Have used their service department and found the people friendly and the service great. I would not hesitate recommending this dealership to anyone looking for a car. More

I teased him about getting my oil change, tires rotated and a car wash in 20 minutes. He said give it about 45 minutes. I also brought in a new air filter to see how to install it, he said they would be happy to install it and they did. However-- did not get to see anyone on how to get it installed-how many clips, hoses or whatever to get it installed. Waiting area is clean has drinks, pastries, TV, internet access. Dealership cares about their customers.!! More

Shady people who pull a bait and switch They advertised a 2015 Chevy Cruze with 21,000 miles online for $13,500. I spoke with the sales man about it and was ready to come and buy it. As I was headed out the door he calls to say they sold it but they have a similar one with 4,000 MORE miles for $15,200. I told him I wanted the price I originally saw that they sold the other for. He told me there was no way he could make that happen. I called the manager to give him the opportunity to make it right and received no call back. I feel that I was lied to and the other car was probably falsely advertised. I will be buying elsewhere. More

Several things had failed according t Blue Springs Ford Complaint - Blue Springs MO I brought my Subaru in to have a MO State Inspection done on it. Several things had failed according to your mechanics. First was one of the bushing links to the Sway Bar. You wanted to charge me well over $200 to fix it. The part cost me $11 and it only took me about 10 minutes to replace it. Second was the inside drivers side tie rod. This was going to be in excess of $300 to fix. The part cost me $36 and it took me only about 20 minutes to replace it. Your mechanics told me that there was excessive play in that wheel but I could not feel any play. The only thing I found wrong was that the dust boot was torn. I replaced it all anyway but for 900% less than you were going to charge me. Third was the rear brakes and rotors. Your mechanic said that the brake pads were worn and that the rotors needed to be replaced. It was true that the pads were at the end of their life, but they had not worn down to the metal yet. There was no scoring on the rotor and it had lost less than a millimeter on each side. Both were well within range. You wanted to charge me well over $300 dollars to replace them and to replace the pads. I had already purchased the rotors and pads for about $90 and it only took about 10 minutes per wheel to replace them. This was money that I should never have had to spend You wanted to charge me nearly $200 to replace the driver’s side headlight assembly. I bought a new one on eBay for $36. It only took me 10 minutes to install it. All total, you were going to charge me $1289 to do all the work you said I needed to have done to pass inspection. I spent $173 on parts and about an hour to do all of the work. You guys are crooks. You are the reason why mechanics have such a bad name. I will be spreading this all over the internet so that maybe you will lose a lot of business from unsuspecting people who don't know any better. More
