buyer beware I bought a 2013 explorer around a month ago from Blue Springs Ford-come to find out the torque converter is out of it. I was quoted $1850.00 to fix it I bought a 2013 explorer around a month ago from Blue Springs Ford-come to find out the torque converter is out of it. I was quoted $1850.00 to fix it. I called back to try to get traded back out of it-and allow the dealership to do the right thing-they did offer to pay half if I drove it one and a half hours back up there and left it with them for God knows how long-I have to have my vehicle to get back and forth to work-so that was unrealistic.They did offer me a trade of almost 4 grand less than I had paid for it-bad business.I asked if they would split the difference with me-and they declined. I thought being a ford dealer and buying a ford from them that it would have at least been ran through the shop before offering it for sale-guess that is asking too much More

Professional and courteous We showed up on Saturday and were helped right away! Test drove 2 vehicles and bought the second one.
