Great service The car needed a new clutch and JW took care of us. He even called to tell me my oil was due for a change and asked if I wanted to go ahead and take c The car needed a new clutch and JW took care of us. It had even been washed!!! More

Don't bother with used car department I bought my vehicle at Blue Springs Ford new in '05. I had a very pleasant experience buying it. The service department is very good as I never have I bought my vehicle at Blue Springs Ford new in '05. I had a very pleasant experience buying it. The service department is very good as I never have had a problem with them. Occasionally they will try and get you to pay for easy service such as changing your air filter or wiper blades which anyone can do themselves for half the cost but they aren't pushy if you tell them no. However, beware of the used car sales department. I had inquired about trading in my vehicle with the intention of buying a newer but used vehicle for better gas mileage. I had already gotten four other offers for my vehicle including two reputable area dealerships. Blue Springs Ford used car made a laughable offer which didn't even come close to the other offers I already had and wouldn't budge either, so I walked out. If they were willing to screw me on my current vehicle, I can't imagine that they wouldn't screw me on a newer purchase. Then, for the past week, the sales guy has been blowing up my phone wanting to know if I was still interested in selling my vehicle and purchasing one from them. I guess he thought I was kidding when I said I had better offers. If you are going to lowball me, don't be surprised that I won't do business with you! First impressions are everthing. More

1st Ford after 30 years of being a Chevy owner My family has always owned Chevy's since Grandpa was a GM employee. My Dad & brother have already made the switch to Ford several years back - I am the last to make the change. I've had my 2016 F350 Lariat for only 2 days now but have pulled my 4 horse trailer with it twice and have used it as a 'truck'. I really like a lot of the features Ford has to offer and they way the truck sits up more than Chevy. I don't have anything negative to say about either my new truck or Blue Springs Ford. At this point, I would highly recommend them both. Check back after a year or 2 and I'll let ya know if I still have the truck and have become a permanent Ford owner :) More
