Unreliable warranty I bought a used F150 in May 2016. The salesman told me there would be a warranty, but when I went to sign final papers, I was told no warranty. After much discussion, the GM agreed to give me a 90 day or so many miles warranty. Right away I noticed a shuddering when I was driving at times, and took it back within a week. Long story short, I have been told it is a bad torque converter, intake gaskets, bad fuel, low fluids, broken hose, etc. and have had to put out $232 of my own money to pay the 50% and the same night...yep you guessed it! It still has a shudder. I tried to call this morning to let them know it was still happening, but there has been NO response. Ivwas told the GM is a super nice guy who takes care of his customers, but he needs to make sure the people working for him are doing the same. At this point, I will warn everyone I know to stear clear. More

Awesome Customer Service I have taken our cars to Blue Springs Ford for service and it has always been excellent. Routine oil change and recall work-not normal We dropped our car off at 06:30 a.m. on a Tuesday for oil change and any recall work. Also, if time an estimate on recent hail damage repair. Our car was the only car inside or parked outside the Quick Lane for work... We called at 4:00 p.m. since we hadn't heard that the car was ready and always pick up on the way home from work. The Service desk said they had been very busy and were finishing up and it would be ready in 15-20 minutes. They called back about 4:30 and said they just got done, the recall work (air bag) took 4 hours. They are just finishing up. They had the car since 06:30 a.m. We arrived about 4:45. No time for hail repair estimate, only if we wanted to wait around til 06:00 p.m. We had elsewhere to go after work, so we declined waiting another hour and 15 minutes. Car had not been washed. I guess we will have to make another appointment either at BS Ford or elsewhere for an estimate on hail damage. Kind of a hassle day. More

I had it serviced at another dealership north of the river(Ray) county & asked them to check the alignment, which I believe was never done as well as rotate the tires never done. I kept going there for service till the warranty was up & you people showed me what was happening that was it for that dealer. Besides that we moved to Blue Springs. More

Great Service - Thank you Sam Bell I bought my Mercury Milan from Blue Springs Ford in July 2010. Since then, I have had my car maintenanced at their Quick Lane servicing center, where I bought my Mercury Milan from Blue Springs Ford in July 2010. Since then, I have had my car maintenanced at their Quick Lane servicing center, where I have always had a great experience. I recently had some recall work done, was able to schedule my appointment the day before getting my car into be serviced, received a follow-up call the day the service was performed to ensure that the time still worked, and was able to pick my car up with all repairs fully completed when I got off work. I appreciate the high level of service provided by Blue Springs Ford and particularly Sam Bell who has taken care of me the past few times I've been in. More

Wes McGowen in service checked me in and explained the process of a recall when I'd already had the fuel tank replaced several years prior to the recall notice. He was so incredibly helpful and professional and even called me back after I'd left (in well under an hour!) to let me know what their warranty department said about possibly being reimbursed for the expense I'd already incurred. Can't say enough good things about Wes and the whole service department. Including the lovely ladies in the cashier office! More

The Ford F150 that I purchased had defective construction concerning it 4 x 4 actuator assembly and related mechanisms. Through the grueling Ford buy back process Blue Springs Ford lived up to their promises written and verbal. In my buy back experience I had unique opportunity to see first hand the executive, service, sales, finance, and collision departs. All of them exceeded my expectations in a very tough situation. Blue Springs Ford assisted me through the process in a very professional way. Special thank you to Kyle H, Mike J, and Ryan J.
