Since about all of our deal was done by internet/phone I find that communication lines should always be open and readily available which ultimately inspires trust in both the sales person and the dealership. Larry did a great job with both the car and the deal ready for us when we arrived there. From the test drive to the paperwork things not only went rapidly but smoothly. I would say this was the best experience I have ever had at a Ford dealership. More

Bad, Bad, Bad They just want your money. They didn't take the time to work with corporate to get things satisfactory. Doesn't matter the problem or right or wrong They just want your money. We then took it to a smaller dealership, who not only worked with us but also with corporate and got the problem fixed with it only costing us $50.00. Blue Springs would have been in the hundred$$$. The smaller dealer is further but well worth it. We will no longer go to BS Ford. More

I began reaching out to multiple dealerships via the internet in order to find someone to work with me--I was willing to begin the process as early as possible to make it easier on both parties because I knew everything would take a while. I'd already dealt with one dealership in person and was greatly disappointed after working with them for two days. But when Larry Luther reached out from Blue Springs Ford, he was extremely pleasant and helpful. I made an appointment to see him right away. He and the finance team were able to set me up with a great used car and a financing company that has made things very easy to get through my bankruptcy--and at a better interest rate than I expected! I went in at 9:30am and was driving away in my "new" car before 12pm--a lot less time than I had spent at the other dealership. Definitely an easy car buying experience and a dealership I'll recommend to everyone! Thank you, Larry Luther! More

After 2 terrible service appointments, I found out that in trying to "fix" something under warranty, they broke a part and hotglued it back - probably figuring it would never be seen. Well it was. I've got pictures, and I show people and post it when I can. I tell EVERYONE in KC not to ever go here. Even the Ford dealership I go to now says they're terrible. More
ASK FOR AARON! I recently took my vehicle to Blue Springs Ford to diagnose a problem with my Fusion. Initially, the issue was illusive and the tech was unable to fin I recently took my vehicle to Blue Springs Ford to diagnose a problem with my Fusion. Initially, the issue was illusive and the tech was unable to find any problems. Aaron Benton, my service advisor, was very professional in how he handled this and even put up with all of my questions and answered each one kindly and respectfully. So after taking the car back home I started experiencing the problem again. I returned to Blue Springs Ford and Aaron and the tech took a second look. The same day they were able to diagnose the problem and complete the repair! Aaron made my vehicle a priority and I really appreciated that. Aaron was always friendly, cool tempered and so easy to work with! If you choose Blue Springs Ford to service your vehicle, make sure you ask for Aaron! P.S. Metro Ford on Noland Rd in Independence sucks. They were rude over the phone, I can't imagine how awful they are in person. So just just go to Blue Springs Ford. More
