Stand Up for Yourself Went in to have The Works oil change. It was finished in a timely manner. BUT, I knew when I went in that the low tire pressure lites had been coming Went in to have The Works oil change. It was finished in a timely manner. BUT, I knew when I went in that the low tire pressure lites had been coming on. My car had not been driven for 4 weeks. I do things before I go in as a double check that they are doing what they say they will do. Examples include marking tires, knowing if something is already wrong. When I got in my car to leave the low tire pressure lights beeped and remained on. I immediately drove right back into the garage. They took it back to the mechanic that worked on it. He stated that he did rotate and check pressure. He said that he forgot to reset the low pressure lights so they wouldn't come on. I haven't checked into rather they have to reset the switch or it resets when the tire pressure is correct. They said they were sorry and he would talk to his mechanics. This is the 2nd time this has happened to me. The 1st time I had a brake light out and they didn't catch it when doing the inspection. So to say, yes I'm leary of them doing everything on the list. Just make sure you speak up. More
Service center refuses to document work. Came in to have an oil change and to have my transmission checked (again). I was told that the technician flashed the TCM, and that seemed to fix the Came in to have an oil change and to have my transmission checked (again). I was told that the technician flashed the TCM, and that seemed to fix the problem. However, the documentation I was given stated that there was no problem with the transmission. When I brought this to their attention, they refused to correct the document. After originally posting this review, I spoke with Kyle Harris, and he apologized for my experience, and seemed genuinely concerned about it. He arranged to have the corrected documents sent to me. I’ve increased my original rating, but it’s hard for me to give high marks for this visit. It took multiple phone calls and a review on this site before the dealership took action. (In addition, it looks the transmission problems weren’t corrected, so it looks like I need to take another day off of work.) More

I recommend the work, but the way they work with you is poor This wasn't the first time this has happened. All I needed was an engine coolant flush so I drop my car off for a scheduled appointment early in the m This wasn't the first time this has happened. All I needed was an engine coolant flush so I drop my car off for a scheduled appointment early in the morning at 730. When I came through the doors 5 minutes before my appointment they told me to go outside and drop the key in the box before I could even say my name. So I dropped off my keys and wrote in the description to call about the price, considering they havent talk to me about it already. 30 minutes later I got a call telling me it was going to be $130 plus tax and before I could ask any more questions he frantically hung up. Thinking they would just call me when it was done I went about my day. I didn't hear anything about my car's status so I walked in at 4pm and the lady at the cashier told me that it has been ready for a couple of hours. She also told me that the price would be $100 plus tax. While we was looking through my file she also noticed something about someone telling another to look at it and make sure it is done. When this other person apparently wasn't even in the building that day. So not only did they not notify me of my car's status... but they told me the wrong price and miscommunication on their part. I loved coming to this dealership because they do great work, but when it comes to customer service it is clearly lacking. I hope things get figured out in time for my oil change in the next couple months. More
