always excellent service. well, I just have a couple of comments about Tuesday's Service. For one you didn't wash my car like you usually do and after I paid for my oil change well, I just have a couple of comments about Tuesday's Service. For one you didn't wash my car like you usually do and after I paid for my oil change I was told that my car was out at the body shop and I should ask the guys in the service department where to go. You know its quite a hike out to the body shop from service. My car should have been washed and waiting up buy the service dept. Other than that and the fact that I got an offer from Metro for the works for $39.95 and I paid 49.95 there at Blue Springs but you did furnish me a car. So all and all it's all good! More
No better than the rest of the other dealerships My wife took her car and asked him to change the oil and check a noise from the front end , and did not address the problem, when she came back to pi My wife took her car and asked him to change the oil and check a noise from the front end , and did not address the problem, when she came back to pick up and pay for the oil change she had to go back and ask them if they found out anything that was wrong and it was not on the paperwork nor did they Address the problem. Then I had to take it back up there and drop it off to have it checked again waste my time my wife’s time this is NOT a dealership that I would recommend anyone to go and have a simple oil change done and yes I would like a response to this survey because I think it’s pathetic they way they treated a woman in this situation More
