Owned up to their mistake. I recently bought a 2013 Ford Fusion and brought it in to Blue Springs Ford to handle several recalls. The work was done in a fast manner and I was set up with a rental, I even had a dealer drive me to the local Enterprise service when the agent on site was at lunch. However, with all the positive results, my car was returned to me with the seats covered in grease and oil. When this was pointed out, the service writer on site was as upset as I was. He gave me another loaner car and told me that the car would be detailed and cleaned and that he would alert the service writer who took point on my car. The following morning I called the service center, Sam, the service writer who was in charge of my car picked up and formally apologized and assured me that my car was with the detail department and he wasn’t going to hand it back to me until both he and I were sastisfied and also told me he was giving my a voucher for a free service. He again apologized over and over and assured me that his department is better than that and the person who actually did the work and did not use seat covers was repermanded. Several hours later Sam called me and said that car looked way better but he wanted them to do it again because of a few small spots that were not gone, so he apologized again and assured me that it would be done by end of business on Friday. When I arrived, Sam pulled me aside and apologized again for what happened and gave me a voucher for a free service. He took me to my car and it was nearly night and day. Minus three very faded, and very small spots, spots which Sam even asked me if he wanted me to have the detail department do it again, considering how small the spots were I declined. He also put a plastic seat cover on the driver seat saying the seat might still be damp and wanted to be safe for my rear end from getting wet. He once again apologized and I assured him that he was not at fault, it was the person who worked on my car, who he assured me that the person was punished but he felt awful because it was his watch. He gave me a handshake and thanked me for my patience, and as I was pulling away I rolled my window down to thank him for the excellent work the detail team did on the dash, the first thing he asked was if there was a problem, after I praised the work, he said “good, that’s how you should be treated here.” What happened to my car was beyond unprofessional and not cool at all, but Sam’s dilligance and his work to correct what happened was above and beyond. He owned up to what he saw as his mistake and did a great job to make sure I was happy and that I would come back in the future, which I will. More

Airbag recall I waited two years to get both airbags replaced in my mustang and still only have one replaced - the passenger side. I guess this isn't the dealers fault as JW told me. It is the fault of Tacata not supplying the replacements but I am still disappointed not to have both. I knew going in to the dealership I was only getting one airbag. I think JW was getting as exasperated as I was with the situation. On the upside of this review, they replaced the one airbag in under an hour and washed my car. I was happy to be on my way in a shorter amount of time than estimated. I have also used Blue Springs Ford to get my oil changes and been very happy with that experience. More

When I was looking for another dealer to work with, Blue Springs Ford came up in a search, so I contacted their sales department to find out even they even wanted to, or could, work with me--in a bankruptcy you have to ask permission to take on new debt that can sometime be tedious though I had already handled all that; I just needed a car and a lender. Immediately Larry Luther responded. He was familiar with the process and new that he had lenders who would work with me. I made an appointment for a Monday morning, as early as possible, and was fully expecting it to take a few days to actually get a lender and all the paperwork done. I arrived, Larry handled everything curiously, professionally and expediently, and I walked out about an hour-and-a-half later with a "new" (used) car! I would highly recommend Larry, and Blue Springs Ford, to anyone in search of a car! More
