05 Crown Vic airbag light repair Airbag warning light diagnosis and repair was relatively quick. Test results indicated a passenger side harness fault. Airbag recall I took my ford edge in on August 22nd for a airbag recall i got to the dealership at 8:30 in the morning the service department sent me to the enterpr I took my ford edge in on August 22nd for a airbag recall i got to the dealership at 8:30 in the morning the service department sent me to the enterprise to get a rental car and the enterprise sent me to service department for a green slip this back and forth went on for almost one hour. When i finally got to enterprise to get my rental car it was not even equivalent to the vechile ford put out of service which is very frusting!!! Enterprise then told me i had to pay a $25 deposit on the car! I then called ford 2 weeks later with no news and then called again a month later and was told it would 4 to 6 months until my car was fixed and i should be happy that it's not my car im running the miles up on!! I then called ford customer serivce and was told to call another ford dealership to see if they had the airbag in for me so i called liberty ford and they told me they couldn't take my car but they were sorry about my experience and wish i would have came to them 1st. All and all really bad customer service just got my car back on 9/22/18 and when i picked up my car the worker that brought my car to the front for me was rude and didnt even take the paper floor mat and plastic seat cover out and squealed the tires on my vechile in the parking right in front of me!! More
