Quick & Simple I took my car in for a recall. The whole process was a bit confusing, but I was able to work with Richard to get it all done in the correct order. I h I took my car in for a recall. When the part was available, he ordered it for my car and called me when it was in to set up an appointment. The appointment was very flexible and I was able to drop it off ANYTIME. Once the vehicle was in, they got it done the same day and I was on my way! The process was simplified with the help of the customer service that was provided. When I walked into the garage, I wasn't ignored. There were several representatives that greeted me and addressed me right away. I was able to leave just as soon as I arrived, which helped tremendously since I am so busy. More
