My first and last encounter with Blue Springs Ford. Talked with their salesman (lead getter) for almost a week about coming to test drive a white 4x4 Expedition. We finally have a break in the work schedule and drive half hour to see the vehicle on Saturday, after receiving a text from salesman that morning to make sure we are coming. We get to the dealer and they have a black 4x2 Expedition ready for me to drive. I asked them where the white vehicle is, the salesman is confused and has no idea. After I give him the stock number, his manager says they just sold the white Expedition that morning. Seems like bait and switch. I would expect it from a small independent shady dealer. More

This place has progressively gotten worse. Been a customer for the past 3-4 years, and every time I’ve been there it’s never been an easy experience to say the very least. I am so impressed and grateful for Brandon’s assistance in purchasing my car. I made an online request and he called me almost instantly to discuss my interest.
