My first and last encounter with Blue Springs Ford. Talked with their salesman (lead getter) for almost a week about coming to test drive a white 4x4 Expedition. We finally have a break in the work schedule and drive half hour to see the vehicle on Saturday, after receiving a text from salesman that morning to make sure we are coming. We get to the dealer and they have a black 4x2 Expedition ready for me to drive. I asked them where the white vehicle is, the salesman is confused and has no idea. After I give him the stock number, his manager says they just sold the white Expedition that morning. Seems like bait and switch. I would expect it from a small independent shady dealer. More

This place has progressively gotten worse. Been a customer for the past 3-4 years, and every time I’ve been there it’s never been an easy experience to say the very least. The service advisors here don’t even act like they care. If you want a place to take care of your vehicle with the same respect they take care of their customers, then this is NOT the place for you. I am so impressed and grateful for Brandon’s assistance in purchasing my car. I made an online request and he called me almost instantly to discuss my interest. I am an out-of-state buyer and Brandon went in purchasing my car. I made an online request and he called me almost instantly to discuss my interest. I am an out-of-state buyer and Brandon went out of his way to take detailed videos of the interior and exterior of the car and even took a video of a test drive so I could see the alignment. He was more than willing to help, prompt, and responsive. He was able to help me negotiate a price that worked for me and helped to set up delivery. He was knowledgeable about the process and very friendly—he made what could have been a very nerve-wracking and stressful experience extremely pleasant and easy.
