Oil change Went to get oil changed on a Saturday morning, thought it would be long wait. Got right in. Took about 45 minutes overall, not too bad for a weekend. Went to get oil changed on a Saturday morning, thought it would be long wait. Got right in. Took about 45 minutes overall, not too bad for a weekend. Changed out the air filter and wiper blades also. Spent the same amount when I did the service myself. Overall good experience and didn’t feel like I was gouged on the price. More

Just ok I’ve been several times and when I go to check out the girls have no idea about the service that has been done. I was charged wrong then I had to go b I’ve been several times and when I go to check out the girls have no idea about the service that has been done. They pull my car up to me and have my car washed and they make sure to lay down paper on the driver floor. More

Nice but didn’t help Sam in the service department couldn’t have been any nicer, however he wasn’t able to help me. My windshield on my car (still under warranty) just ran Sam in the service department couldn’t have been any nicer, however he wasn’t able to help me. My windshield on my car (still under warranty) just randomly cracked when I was sitting in a fast food drive-thru. He was happy to take pictures of it and submit it to Ford, but it got denied bc they said they could see a chip. There is no chip, nothing hit it. Not his fault, but still no help for me. I’m out $400 replacing it when Ford truly should have covered it. More
