Will never go back Ford tried to tell me my car was way to dangerous to be on the roads and that I need to get rid of it. They never told me exactly what was wrong with Ford tried to tell me my car was way to dangerous to be on the roads and that I need to get rid of it. They never told me exactly what was wrong with my car and never told me what they did on my car. Besides that it was too dangerous to be on the road and I need to get a new car soon. They charged me an outrageous amount for something as little as a code since my car was in lockdown mode. I had several people tell me it was just a code so that’s all they should have done. I will not be going back. More

Not fleet vehicle friendly Don't take your fleet vehicle here unless you have to. Nobody ever calls to let you know the status. I always have to call them. Unless it's an oil change, don't expect it to be done same day. Making an appt is useless. I'm sure the fleet company is partly responsible. More
