Recent service experience On 12/17/2018 I came in and asked for the Works oil change. I told him I had a coupon for free service. Front of ticket says “Free Wrks 49.95”. After On 12/17/2018 I came in and asked for the Works oil change. I told him I had a coupon for free service. Front of ticket says “Free Wrks 49.95”. After picking up vehicle I noticed the ticket did not state that tires were rotated. I called back to question this and was told that the free service does not include tire rotation. Although I had told the service person that I had a coupon for free service it was not explained to me when vehicle was left for service that it did not cover tire rotation. More

Art is the best I was looking at cars at 3 am instead of writing a paper, and when I clicked the "I'm Interested" button, I got an email from what was obviously some I was looking at cars at 3 am instead of writing a paper, and when I clicked the "I'm Interested" button, I got an email from what was obviously some kind of machine that was completely impersonal. I was set up with a sales rep soon after, but the person I was talking to seemed pushy and just wanted me to buy any car. I almost went through with it, but then a family friend told me to call the dealership and ask for Art. When I did, it was a totally different experience than what I had with the other salesman. Art wasn't trying to get me to buy a car I didn't want, and he didn't try to push me to buy any add-on I didn't need. This was my first time buying a car and I had no experience at all, so Art totally could have taken advantage of me and sold me on some kind of magical paint, but he didn't. I put off buying a car for as long as I could because I was afraid I would buy one I was't totally in love with and I thought it would be a long and awful process, but with Art I felt comfortable and it took no time at all. Art had an answer ready for every question I asked, and he went out of his way to accommodate my weird requests. The next time I buy a car, I'm definitely going back to Art. More

Xavier met us at the door when we entered the sales floor late Friday afternoon. He was very friendly and listen to every quests without hesitation. Sometimes when a person chooses to purchase a low priced vehicle they are not treated with top-quality service, but that was not the case with Xavier. He went out of his way to make sure our needs were met. When we requested that a full size spare be included in the vehicle he made that happen with no problem even though it had to be ordered. We paid for the car and purchased it as is we were informed that everything had been checked out and everything worked. Over the weekend we discovered a minor issue, the cruise control did not work. When we brought that to Javier's attention on Monday morning he took care of it immediately and had the dealership repair it at no cost to us. We are delighted with Blue Springs Ford. More
