Priced a vehicle online, expressed interest and the price was increased by 3000 dollars in the same day. I reached out to the dealer about the increase and they didn't respond back at all. Look elsewhere. Sold me a known lemon refused to take any responsibility for it. Transmission failed in less than 30 days. It is a known issue for this car but did not find out until now. Comes to find out that this car is actually been buy back before so they already knew it was a lemon and still sold it anyhow. You would think that a when you buy a car from an actual big name dealership that you should actually get something that's good and don't have to worry about something breaking in the first 30 days but apparently not. The dealer ship should make good and just buy back this xxx from me but that does not seem to be an option and now I am stuck with a lemon and out a lot of money. With having an appointment 5 hours for an oil change, tire rotation and getting the parking brake looked at. After finally being noticed and telling someone I was out of time, the truck won’t even start tire rotation and getting the parking brake looked at. After finally being noticed and telling someone I was out of time, the truck won’t even start because the battery is dead. Luckily a tech came out, jumped it and freely admitted that he left the keys in the ignition, drained it and had to jump it to get out of the shop. No mention of this on the paperwork at all so i guess they were just going to hope it wouldn’t die on me later in the day? After back and forth with the service writer I dropped some hints that yeah maybe you should offer to replace the battery? “Well I guess I can” no thanks I’d rather run down to O’reilly and buy one myself. What a joke. More
