Ford has come out with multiple recalls for various vehicle recently and it has been difficult to obtain any parts regarding these repairs. I apologize that we did not have the part at the time of your service however we are at the hands of Ford when it comes to any parts regarding a recall and it is not our intent for anyone to be driving an unsafe vehicle.
