Body shop has done well in the past having worked on a few of my vehicles after being rear ended, hail damage and hitting deer. Dillon in sales is easy to work with and communicates well. Ford corporate should give out a nice leather jacket and hat after purchasing 3 new Fords within 2 years 😀. More

Initially, when I arrived for my appointment at the dealership, no one greeted me when I walked in and I stood in the front doorway for 15minutes waiting around. I decided to leave. The agent scheduled dealership, no one greeted me when I walked in and I stood in the front doorway for 15minutes waiting around. I decided to leave. The agent scheduled to meet with me did apologize for leaving me hanging and he reassigned me to another agent named Chase. Chase was cool. At the end of the day, they could not offer me a good deal. I walked away feeling like the dealership, like so many others, still care more about profit than they do about people. My advice to the dealership: Sometimes it’s good to let the customer win. You don’t always have to beat the customer in the deal. You never know how many good solid referrals a satisfied customer might bring to your company. More
Would like to see more vehicle options, we wanted to see specific cars but they were in the shop one was even sold already.
