Quick and Caring As soon as I pulled up to the garage, I was greeted by a gentleman who I spoke to about having a service appointment for an oil change, tire rotation, As soon as I pulled up to the garage, I was greeted by a gentleman who I spoke to about having a service appointment for an oil change, tire rotation, etc. After he checked me in, he gave me his business card and let me know if I ever needed help, he was available. He then showed me to the waiting room where I was to wait for about an hour (busy time of day). He then came into the waiting room presenting me my current cabin air filter which obviously needed to be changed and suggested this as well. I appreciated that. 30min spent waiting and my vehicle was done being serviced. Quick and Caring! The check out lady was kind as well. More

Took forever and cost way too much I was charged 105 dollars for an oil change on a gas pickup and it took 2 and half hours to complete the oil change. Not coming back for sure. Truly exceptional service I purchased my 2013 Ford Focus with Blue Springs Ford in late October, 2018. when I did I was sure to buy the best aftermarket warranty they had to o I purchased my 2013 Ford Focus with Blue Springs Ford in late October, 2018. when I did I was sure to buy the best aftermarket warranty they had to offer. This week I brought it in for some strange noises one of which was a belt that had rubbed through a loose air conditioning line, kolten was very helpful in getting me alternate transportation and contacting my warranty company, he was also very helpful in making multiple calls to the aftermarket warranty company to get the Costly repair covered. I left very disappointed with the warranty company I had purchased (who refused my claim) and the bill I was facing having very recently purchased the car and warranty. Before leaving the dealer, Jim (the service manager) told me he would be in contact in the following days. Two days later I got a call saying that my warranty company continued to deny my claim despite continued phone calls, but to my surprise, the dealership would be covering it. I brought my vehicle in today for the service on my way to work and was slightly concerned about driving in these conditions (bad ice and snow) my loaner for the day also happened to be a all wheel drive vehicle that was able to get me to work safely. I cannot be more satisfied with the service I have received from Jim. He has went above and beyond and has earned a loyal customer. More
