Nice people, can never get into a loaner Friendly people and nice facility. My only disappointment/ frustration is I have bought many new cars from various places and have always been provide Friendly people and nice facility. My only disappointment/ frustration is I have bought many new cars from various places and have always been provided a loaner car right away without hesitation or even having to ask for one first when work is needed. As I live in Kansas and chose this dealer in Blue Springs, MO transportation is a must especially after several days in the shop when I am a single guy with no easy mitigation when out a vehicle. When any work has been performed, I can never get into a loaner and I can honestly say this is the only dealership I have purchased from that I have ever had this problem with. For this reason, I will not have work performed, routine maintenance or purchase from this dealership in the future. More

Honest, reliable and affordable I brought in my 2012 Fusion for the works package and a brake inspection. I was prepared to pay for brakes, but was advised that I still had plenty of I brought in my 2012 Fusion for the works package and a brake inspection. I was prepared to pay for brakes, but was advised that I still had plenty of time, which was welcome news. I appreciated the approach; Kolten didn’t want to sell me something I didn’t need yet. He also advised me about my next service, so that I could prepare. I was in and out in under an hour. Great experience! More
