Oil change and inspection I had my car inspection completed. It passed the inspection but the rear turn signal light was not working. I called dealership when I got home to ask I had my car inspection completed. It passed the inspection but the rear turn signal light was not working. I called dealership when I got home to ask why it passed and got no good answer. Told to come back and they would replace bulb. I offered to pay for the bulb and no insulation fees due to my inconvenience. They wouldn’t drop the $18 fee to replace bulb. It takes me 40 minutes round trip to get to the dealership More

My only disappointment/ frustration is I have bought many new cars from various places and have always been provided a loaner car right away without hesitation or even having to ask for one first when work is needed. As I live in Kansas and chose this dealer in Blue Springs, MO transportation is a must especially after several days in the shop when I am a single guy with no easy mitigation when out a vehicle. When any work has been performed, I can never get into a loaner and I can honestly say this is the only dealership I have purchased from that I have ever had this problem with. For this reason, I will not have work performed, routine maintenance or purchase from this dealership in the future. More
