Deception x2 Long time customer. Twice now THE WORKS oil change was not completed. Actually the second time, I questioned why things weren't check off. Tech said t Long time customer. But found out when I had someone else check.. he lied. called manager Tom?? Apologized said he would call me back the next day and he would make it right. So far...havent even heard back from him. I will never recommend a company that out and out LIES. I'm a single woman and depend on honesty for a service I know nothing about. Really disappointed. More

There have been so many horror stories from other RS drivers about other dealers in town, that I was hesitant to drop my car off anywhere! I didn't have an appointment, but they got my car right in on a Friday morning. The service writer was courteous and friendly. They provided me a loaner for the day, not knowing how long the repair would take..i received a call about 2pm that my car was ready. This was a cross road for me...Blue Springs Ford had the opportunity to earn my respect and future business, or lose a customer forever. Im so glad that they rocked it and proved I can trust them with my performance vehicle. Customer for life here! More
