Poor customer service I dropped my car off at 10:00 Saturday morning for an oil change. Confirmed I was not going to wait for it so the service rep said they would call me I dropped my car off at 10:00 Saturday morning for an oil change. Confirmed I was not going to wait for it so the service rep said they would call me when my car was ready. They never called, so I called at 4:50 and was told they closed at 4:00 and wouldn't be able to get my car until Monday at 7am. It was super inconvenient to be without a vehicle all weekend and to have someone have to take me to get it at 7am top be able to be to work on time. When I told 2 people about my experience when picking my car up this morning, neither felt it necessary to apologize for the inconvenience or lack of follow through, resulting in very poor customer service. More

Every dealership we dealt with, before Blue Springs Ford, promised we couldn’t do what we wanted with the budget we had, and made us feel silly for even asking. My husband, feeling defeated, stopped at Blue Springs Ford, ready to quit. They understood what we wanted to do and agreed to help us with what we had, without making us feel like an inconvenience or that we were asking too much. They took the time to make sure we were happy. Everyone we encountered was very friendly and extremely helpful! I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new car or truck! More
