Worst dealership in KC Service dept is the absolute worst. Didn’t write down what I wanted done. Missed two important items. One regarding air bag issue as I was leaving for Service dept is the absolute worst. Didn’t write down what I wanted done. Missed two important items. One regarding air bag issue as I was leaving for a weeks vacation. Safety at risk now because air bag disengaged. Have had problems with this dealership before but because they are so close gave them another try. Last time it was so messed up the svc mgr managed my car issues personally for over a week. Never again will I give them a chance with my life or my service. JW was the one I worked with multiple times on my car and again this time. I can’t believe he still has a job. Rude is a nice word to say about him.... :( More
