Blue Springs Ford responded

Unfortunately Ford doesn’t use screws. Instead they come with push pins from the factory and they have a tendency to become loose after being removed. We do our best to replace as many as possible when our technicians see them unusable, but it is difficult to predict when they might fail. We apologize for the inconvenience.
