I totally recommend Chase Chase made this super easy. My credit wasn't bad but I didn't have any. I did 90% of the deal over the phone. Only put down 600 and got low payments o Chase made this super easy. My credit wasn't bad but I didn't have any. I did 90% of the deal over the phone. Horrible experience Although I have a service LS with Olathe Ford, BS Ford is more convenient. I went for an oil change send asked her my my driver side seat looked at be Although I have a service LS with Olathe Ford, BS Ford is more convenient. I went for an oil change send asked her my my driver side seat looked at because it no longer works as far as adjusting it. I was told I’d have to leave it for a day and when I agreed I was told it would would until the next day. As far as the oil change, last time a nice service advisor told me where I could find the quick lane coupon and when I asked about it this time I was told “well that’s probably why he no longer works here.” Very unprofessional to put down another employee especially when the one who is talked down about was more respectable and professional. I called a manager and he gave me a free oil change for my inconvenience and when I asked about my seat to be looked at he said it would be. Someone called to tell me my car was done and when I asked about my seat they said “it works and it wasn’t the fuse.” When I picked up my car.... the seat still didn’t work. It was an overall disappointing experience and I do not see myself returning for services to this dealership. More
