Poor experience from the service department The collision department was great. Handled my truck efficiently. When I brought my truck back the day after I picked it up due to a low oil pressure The collision department was great. Handled my truck efficiently. When I brought my truck back the day after I picked it up due to a low oil pressure warning I was given a loaner and everyone was very helpful. Then I was called and told I needed a new long block due to low oil pressure. I asked what my oil pressure was and was told they didn’t know. If I wanted to find out I would have to pay 2.5 hours labor. So it boils down to the service department trying to sell me an engine on an issue they never even investigated. It’s very disappointing because I have bought multiple vehicles from this dealership. If this is the way they treat a loyal customer I can assure that I won’t return. More

I asked him to slow down and tell me what my car needed. I feel like because I'm a woman he only wanted to talk about cost and not what's wrong with my car. When I went to cashier to pay they showed me the service ticket as usual that stated fluids were topped off, tires checked..etc. pulled out and tire pressure light was on, when I called to ask why, they put me through to Cody. He said because of road conditions...my experiences with JD HAVE BEEN GREAT THOUGH. I will definitely ask for him from now on. More
