I knew right away that Sandy would help us find the perfect new.or used car which would be dependable for our son as he prepares to move off to college in a few short months. Sure enough, after reviewing and test driving several new vehicle options, we selected a 2018 Ford Focus which was former service department courtesy car. He loves his new car choice, and I am very happy with the Blue Springs Ford sales experience! More

Made a very tough critic very happy! I am a small business owner and needed a new truck, I had shopped aggressively on the internet and knew a good value when i found it. Blue Springs Ford had what I was looking for at a very competitive price and was willing to work with me on my trade in. I am NOT an easy person to please, I expect a lot from my employees and myself and was a little frustrated that we couldn't complete the transaction in a less than 90 minutes ( I had business to attend to) but overall i can say that everyone was extremely professional ad ultimately the entire process only took a couple hours from offer to final contract. I have purchased many cars in my life, but this may have been the very best experience i have had, I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good deal and professional treatment. More

Never called me back for airbag recall after ordering part . Talk to JW to order a part he said they would call when it was in within a week it’s been a month still no call. This is after numerous recall notic . Talk to JW to order a part he said they would call when it was in within a week it’s been a month still no call. This is after numerous recall notices from the factory. This happened the last time I had a recall on airbags. Took me three or four months to get it ordered and installed figured this one would probably be the same. If this is so dangerous to drive my car without it repaired how is it such an issue when you go to try to order the part and get it installed. More
