As painless as possible I had a great experience here. Didn't encounter a pushy salesman at the pre-owned lot, but two really nice and personable guys, Art and Javier. Looking Vs. Buying Art and Larry were awesome and great to work with. The only issue I had was after I found the vehicle I was going to buy was the waiting. And waiting. Art and Larry were awesome and great to work with. The only issue I had was after I found the vehicle I was going to buy was the waiting. And waiting. And waiting.... I had to go speak to Julie about the add ons for the car and I had to wait quite a while for that. Then I had to wait for the guy that was having me sign the papers to buy the car. That took awhile. Initially, ai was there from 13:30pm to 14:45 looking for a car that I like, fit my budget and things I needed in a vehicle. That wasnt a problem cause I obviously wanted a car that would fit me. Larry was the first person I spoke with and he helped me until Art was free. Then Art helped me looked for some vehicles. I went and picked up my husband and son then came right back. 15:15ish to 16:00pm we looked at some more vehicles and test drove the Ford Focus Hatchback. I really liked it and decided that was my new car. Art sent me over to the other building and said come back when we were finished with the paperwork and he would hand me my keys. We finally finished with everything around 18:15-18:30. I think it needs to be a bit more organized when it comes to the end of the deal. All in all everyone was friendly and helpful and I would buy another vehicle in the future from BSF. More

I knew right away that Sandy would help us find the perfect new.or used car which would be dependable for our son as he prepares to move off to college in a few short months. Sure enough, after reviewing and test driving several new vehicle options, we selected a 2018 Ford Focus which was former service department courtesy car.
