Best car experience I've ever had! Let's just start with the dealership is 2 hours away from my home, and with that said it's the best trip I'll ever take. Everything was worth my time! Everyone went above and beyond out of their way to find us the right truck and we went through a couple till the right one fell in our lap. The men I worked with are the most genuine people I've ever met in a dealership. I've worked for a dealership before and never thought anything could be genuine in the car buying industry. We had a chance to work with the owner and he is really the sweetest person ever and did everything in his power to help out and were forever grateful. To start with I didn't know Chris Hoeppner prior to beginning my search for a potential replacement new car for my treasured Ford Explorer Eddie Bauer To start with I didn't know Chris Hoeppner prior to beginning my search for a potential replacement new car for my treasured Ford Explorer Eddie Bauer model which had 161,000 miles on it and was 17 years old. I knew the age and miles would be detracting factors. However I have always taken good care of my vehicles and hoped that he would be open minded and listen to my claim. He did! I was able to explain all of the different positives about my car and did not hide the negatives. Chris was more than understanding and promised to research some numbers and get back to me asap. He did that. I was less than overjoyed with the references and book worth of my car so I emailed an offer for a new Ford Escape SE that I had test drove. Chris took me on 2 requested test drives of the cars I chose. He explained in detail every little thing he could think of. He was so well informed of the cars I chose that I couldn't think of or ask for anymore. Back to the worth of my car....Chris worked up some numbers and I asked for more consideration and he spoke to his manager telling my story and situation. I called the next day and was pleasantly surprised to find out that a workable number could be had and the financing I wanted was acceptable. I'm very happy with this. I went into the dealership to go over our agreement and make this deal the next day at the time we agreed upon. To make a long story short Chris was primed and ready for me. He went over every detail and asked pertinent questions at the end of one subject before going on to the next. At the end I felt very good and prepared to sign our agreement. We did and Chris went the extra mile in ensuring that that the T's were crossed and all the I's dotted even calling my Insurance Agent and getting that set up. Very nice, very professional. Lastly we got into the chosen car and I can't say enough at how thorough and patient Chris was while going over every little thing with the car and asking me how I felt and if I had any questions or concerns on anything. In summary, I couldn't ask for a nicer, prepared and professional person to work with while making such an important decision as a new car purchase. Rich Monyer More
