There was absolutely NONE of the "pushiness" or unprofessional demeanor as I perused thier stock on hand. Once I selected an appropriate vehicle the test drive was geared towards MY preferences. Afterwards, the invoice price was revealed along with every possible incentive and the salesman showed genuine interest in fulfilling MY needs. The Sales Manager was gracious and we came to an agreement easily without the usual gamesmanship. I met the Service Manager who made suggestions regarding how to facilitate the first few scheduled maintenance visits. The entire process was amazingly quick and I drove away with a new Fusion that prefectly fits my lifestyle. This might be the FIRST time I have ever truly enjoyed purchasing a new vehicle and their down-home attitude has won them a customer for life! More
