Great selection of vehicles. Meghan in sales was personable. Larry in finance was very friendly UNTIL we refused the additional warranty or gap insurace. He gave us extremely short answers to our questions, complete silence at times. did not smile and was disrespectful by treating us that way after buying car. It was very uncomfortable. We told them of an issue with the charging port and was told take it to garage since it would be covered under warranty, it was a fuse which was replaced free of charge but had to pay $38 for the diagnostic test. UPDATE.....Managers Jim and Matt reached out to me regarding the review. Matt apologized for our interaction with Larry in finance. This is the second car we have bought there and will continue to go there when we are in need of another car. Matt also reimbursed me for the cost of the diagnostic testing that wasnt covered under warranty. ... More
