Three Times a Charm I had taken my car in for both rear wheel bearing to be replaced due to excessive noise. The service adviser was very helpful and friendly. The proble I had taken my car in for both rear wheel bearing to be replaced due to excessive noise. The service adviser was very helpful and friendly. The problem is the shop personnel failed to install one side correctly. The wheel had about 1" of movement on the spindle. This was found by another local Porsche repair shop. I had taken it back for repair. A new bearing was installed (by the same shop tech.) and after driving it a few miles (30) I took it to another shop to verify the work was done correctly and it was not. The rear wheel showed the same condition being able to rock on the spindle. The shop called Bluegrass Porsche and explained how they were failing on doing a proper install. I took the car back for a third time and demand that they put someone with experience on the job. They told me they would put there senior tech on it. It was then repaired correctly. I would not take my car back again and I share my story with fellow PCA members. More
