Audi Louisville had my Q5 for 18 days with no communication or returned phone calls. Finally i went there in person to check on it. I was told they hadn’t had time to even LOOK AT MY CAR!!!! Aft communication or returned phone calls. Finally i went there in person to check on it. I was told they hadn’t had time to even LOOK AT MY CAR!!!! After complaining and confronting George, my Q5 was finally fixed a few days later. I don’t know how they stay in business treating their customers this way. More
I had to schedule my (paid in advance) oil change over a month in advance, and when I dropped it off, expecting to get it back later than day, they “didn’t have time to get to it”. I would not recommend this dealership due to lack of professionalism on behalf of the service advisor i had the unfortune of dealing with. Jordan was a narcissistic and self absorbed individual that is professionalism on behalf of the service advisor i had the unfortune of dealing with. Jordan was a narcissistic and self absorbed individual that is more concerned about touting his self worth than he is about providing excellent service. I was there for a simple scheduled maintenance and was subjected to his opinions on how wonderful he is compared to the other advisors as well as how he would manage the service department if he was given the opportunity. His customer service is lacking due to his inflated ego and inability to make me feel as if I was a valued customer compared to how he felt about himself. As for the service aspect, the technicians did an excellent job. Unfortunately, I don't feel as if this service department concerns itself with the customer experience. More
I am 70, have owned several premium automobiles, and find most dealerships to be deeply flawed. BG Motorsports is not one of those. They sold me a Certified Pre-Owned Maserati for the agreed upon amount, n most dealerships to be deeply flawed. BG Motorsports is not one of those. They sold me a Certified Pre-Owned Maserati for the agreed upon amount, no unexpected extras, and closed the transaction with one of the most efficient business managers I have seen. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a quality used car. One last thing: everyone seemed genuinely nice. Not smarmy and phony -- just nice. More
