Would give a zero if I could. I've owned my Cayenne for a few years now and it has been taken in for the settlement agreement against Porsche, Audi and VW. They fixed the glo pl I've owned my Cayenne for a few years now and it has been taken in for the settlement agreement against Porsche, Audi and VW. They fixed the glo plugs, wire harnessing and updated the computer in it. Per the settlement agreement, anything to do with the exhaust- parts and labor was to be covered. It has been in multiple times over the past few years to fix these issues. Several times I mentioned to Kyle and customer service that I kept having to add coolant and asked if this was normal to which he basically blew me off and they never responded to my email. I have texts and an email to prove this. When I contacted Porsche corporate it basically came down to the point that they can't make the dealership do anything. I've been losing coolant for a few years but it was small and couldn't find where it was coming from. Fast forward to this year, my mechanic found a pool of it when he was changing the oil. So I called them and set up an appointment. Since it was 2 weeks out of the settlement warranty, they refused to look at it unless I paid the hourly service charge $225 an hour and then maybe "they might offer a discount" to what needed to be done if it was related to the settlement. First, I'm not paying $225 an hour if "maybe" you're gonna help cover it. It should've been looked at for free since they have blown me off each time I have asked and then gone from there. Not to mention Kyle no longer works there. I wonder as I've said before if it's because I'm a woman and they didn't take me seriously. So now here we are. Manager has not been proactive to reach out to me or be the least bit helpful and until I pay to have it looked at by them, Porsche has closed my case. Would definitely never buy a car from them or have anything serviced for their ridiculously high prices of labor and parts. Go to your own mechanic and pay 1/4 of what they charge. Zero trust in them to do the right thing and take care of me as a customer. More
I held off on writing this review in hopes that BGM would make this right with me, thus here is my honest review. In July 2023 I purchased my Giulia Quadrifoglio from Alfa Romeo in Strongsville OH. It was th make this right with me, thus here is my honest review. In July 2023 I purchased my Giulia Quadrifoglio from Alfa Romeo in Strongsville OH. It was the most incredible car I have ever owned. In the first few months I had installed a $5k PPF, custom exhaust, vinyl pinstripes, and tinted taillights. In November I took my car to BGM for a turbo leak. I got a call on December 1st that there was a bit of an accident with my car. I went to pick up a loaner. Fuel was on E. I was told the damage to my car was severe but did not know the extent until the next day, when my phone was blowing up with social media posts about the accident. I was told an employee was test driving my car and was run off the road by a van which led to my car being launched airborne, landing on a 911 and hitting 2 other vehicles causing a quarter million in damages. They called me the following week and said insurance would handle it. However, the insurance would only pay out a certain amount, leaving me owing thousands out of pocket on my totaled car, not to mention the thousands I had just spent on PPF and other customizations. I met with David and kindly requested compensation, in hopes that I wouldn’t be left in debt from this situation. David was helpful and assured me they would cover the remainder of my loan and agreed to forward my request for additional compensation (for the recently installed PPF) to management. He later called me with good news and said my request was approved, and I should be hearing back shortly. I bought another car and told David I was ready to return the loaner/pick up my check, but he said they said they were still waiting on something from finance. I called every week for 3 ½ months. Eventually I got a call from David saying they needed the loaner back. I asked about the status of my check, and he said there was a misunderstanding, and the compensation I was promised was only for a discount on a new vehicle on their lot, and since I already purchased a vehicle the offer no longer applied. I met with CJ and said that no one contacted me to purchase a discounted vehicle in the past 3 months, otherwise I may have considered it. CJ was cooperative and responded in a timely manner. He said the discount could still apply if I traded in my new car for a car on their lot. I asked for numbers out of curiosity, and received a sales agreement from Jeff which listed my trade in for 7k under value, effectively canceling out any compensation I was promised. In conclusion, after owning my incredible Quadrifoglio for only 4 months, I took it to Blue Grass Motorsport for a turbo leak and wound up with a totaled car, thousands of dollars of debt, sky-high insurance rates because the accident is now on my record, false promises, and 3 months and counting of hassle, stress, and suffering.
