The service tech that I was given was Morgan and she was a poor communicator, did not understand their product or services, and after quoting me one price called the next day, while the car was being serviced to ask if I still wanted my rotor and brakes redone, and that the price he had quoted me was wrong and it would be higher. Long story short after speaking to the service manager, they honor the price quoted. Communication within the service department and to the parts department seems to be a problem. More

Had my 2023 Silverado serviced on 06/08/2023 at 3pm (oil change/ tire rotation/safety checks).
