Experience was okay at best. Staff was friendly except that I was approached by a salesman while I was waiting in the waiting room. That is definitely a first. Told him I wasn't ready to buy but he still kept asking questions. It kind of took a long time to get an oil change even though they didn't seem that busy. It wasn't a horrible experience but it wasn't great either. They also horribly misspelled my name and I told them about three times how to spell it. Hi, Nina is very nice but the issue that I have is if I don’t ask they won’t tell. Things that should be tools are how long you will have my car, if it’s going to take longer, things like this. With blosso don’t ask they won’t tell. Things that should be tools are how long you will have my car, if it’s going to take longer, things like this. With blossom not doing loaners any more but keeping cars for an entire week is ridiculous. Communication is key to any success and I am currently only coming to this dealership solely out of location not for the customer service or the price. Once I requested to speak to a manager I get faster service which is great but I shouldn’t have to do that after getting incorrect information every time I come in. More
