Blossom Chevrolet - Service Center

Blossom Chevrolet Service Department is conveniently located on the East side of Indy, in my neighborhood! I am very happy to have found a service department that not only services my 2016 Chevrolet Eq located on the East side of Indy, in my neighborhood! I am very happy to have found a service department that not only services my 2016 Chevrolet Equinox, but ALL makes and models! I am very glad that Blossom is with their customers for the long haul with Chevrolet Complete Care because I am planning on keeping and maintaining my Equinox for the long haul! The Service Advisor, Raymond Shoemake recommended the services that my vehicle needed according to the mileage and because I have trust and have confidence in Blossom and in the service advisor, I said yes to all of the recommended services for my vehicle! I want my vehicle to be in tip top condition for many years to come and I know that I am getting service done the right way and in the right place to make that happen! The service manager, Mr. Jim Cox and the service advisor, Raymond Shoemake, work hand in hand to ensure that the customers are completely satisfied. The fact that Blossom is the most technologically advanced facility in the Midwest, which includes possession of an oil life monitoring system, and has the largest inventory of parts in the Midwest, stocking a full line of parts and accessories, tailormade for each one of our vehicles and that it services ALL makes and models is fantastic, because no matter what make and model of vehicle I purchase in the future, Blossom can still service my vehicle! There is a shuttle if one chooses to wait at home, and if not, one can relax in Blossom's multiple, comfortable, clean, organized, climate controlled, spacious, quiet, and friendly customer waiting area. It is a win win situation either way. The customers are constantly informed of the status of the vehicle whether at home, work or actually waiting at the service facility.
