If I make an appointment for a diagnostic service, I should be told that it will be 24 to 48 hours before it is done. Not understanding why make an appointment if it will not be done for 48 hours??? Had my 2023 Silverado serviced on 06/08/2023 at 3pm (oil change/ tire rotation/safety checks). Removed the center cover on all wheels (06/10/2023) to find they where crushed beyond repair) when reinstalled. change/ tire rotation/safety checks). I had made an appointment for 7am Friday morning and had drop the vehicle off Thursday night so it would be there first thing. When I had called Friday afternoon to get and update on the status I was told m drop the vehicle off Thursday night so it would be there first thing. Monday morning I get a call to go over what needs to be to be repaired we agree in what to fix and was told parts were in house. Call back Monday before they close and was told that it was not done. I get a call Tuesday evening my vehicle is ready. More
Not only did communication just stop mid repair but work was NOT done correctly and the car has to go back in.
