The dealership was very unprofessional and was the worst experience I’ve had by far. I do not plan on returning. Initially I was told the battery and the sensor needed to be replaced then a day later they a experience I’ve had by far. I do not plan on returning. Once the car was ready, they called multiple times for me to pick up the car. Once I got there, I was told they would be pulling the car out front and was asked to pay. I waited about an hour before they told me that they lost my keys and I wouldn’t be able to get my car until Monday. Once I finally got my car back, they gave it back very dirty and didn’t even offer to clean it. The outside was filthy, and my front windshield was dirty on the inside. They never explained what happened with my keys and didn’t offer anything for the inconvenience. More

The work performed was exceptionally great! The work was one day late from the original date estimated for completion but that was not a real issue. My only issue was I called two days before The work was one day late from the original date estimated for completion but that was not a real issue. My only issue was I called two days before my pick up of the vehicle and stated that I was told that my passenger door was being replaced and since I have all windows (excluding the front window) tinted. If the passenger door was replaced, I wanted to make sure that that window was tinted like the original. I was told that it was taken care of. Upon picking up the vehicle I found that the door window was clear glass and not tinted. Knowing that I had no ride home, I took possession of the car with the agreement that I would called back the next day with an appointment to bring the car back. After two days and no call, I took the car to another shop to have this work completed at my expence. Since the door and window was replaced, the window should have been tinted just like the original but other that this one issue the work was exceptionally great and exceeded my expectations! More
