I will start this review with a good comment. I was very satisfied with my experience until today. I bought a 2023 Equinox and my salesman was Johnnie L. (can't remember the last name) It was a W I was very satisfied with my experience until today. I bought a 2023 Equinox and my salesman was Johnnie L. (can't remember the last name) It was a WONDERFUL experience was happy Loved my car. Went on vacation a month later and got stuck in a hail storm. After vacation it was time for my first free oil change. Took it in and while waiting I went to look Johnnie up to tell him how much I Loved my car but had bad luck on vacation. He went to talk to someone and they both came up to me and said we will cover your deductible! I wasn't even going to turn in the claim and get the ding on my insurance until they told me that. I made the appointment came in for the estimate and the collision dept. said yes we cover your deductible. Made the appointment today to get it fixed. At first it was covered until I refused to sign a paper making me responsible for my deductible again she checked and said yes you are covered just sign and I will make a note. After waiting a few minutes she called me back up to the desk and said I did more research and hail damage IS NOT COVERED. I said OK and went looking for Johnnie to find out why I was LIED to. And the answer they give is after being told 4 times it was covered it was just a MISUNDERSTANDING. FRAUD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THESE LIARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More

Morgan Purkey was a great service coordinator. I said my name and she immediately knew who I was and why I was there.
